Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 kilos hominy
  • enough bay (laurel)
  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and deshebradas
  • enough chicken soup
  • 8 poblano peppers, roasted and deveined
  • 500 grams green tomato, clean and cut in rooms
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, clean and disinfected
  • 1 bunch radish, clean and chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lettuce, washed, disinfected, cut into strips
  • enough fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • to taste ground oregano
  • to taste lemon

Preparation

In a pot cook the corn in plenty of water, salt and a couple of bay leaves.
Blend poblano peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro.
In a large pot, combine the broth from the breasts with the green sauce and the corn. Let boil integrate everything.
Add the shredded chicken and serve hot and accompany with the lettuce, radishes, toast, oregano and lemons.

TIPS

You can do it with pork or beef.
