Chicken pozole whose caldillo thickens with poblano chile and green tomato. This is a different and delicious version of pozole. Prepare it and surprise your family with this delicious dish.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 3 kilos of hominy
  • enough of laurel
  • 3 pieces of chicken breast cooked and deshebradas
  • enough of chicken soup
  • 8 pieces of poblano pepper roasted and deveined
  • 500 grams of green tomato clean and cut in rooms
  • 1 bunch of coriander clean and disinfected
  • 1 bunch of radish clean and chopped
  • 1 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 piece of lettuce washed, disinfected, cut into strips
  • enough of fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • to taste of ground oregano
  • to taste of green lemon

    Preparation

    In a pot cook the corn in plenty of water, salt and a couple of bay leaves.
    Blend poblano peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro.
    In a large pot, combine the broth from the breasts with the green sauce and the corn. Let boil integrate everything.
    Add the shredded chicken and serve hot and accompany with the lettuce, radishes, toast, oregano and lemons.

    You can do it with pork or beef.
