Polish pork style meat, a rich recipe that will surprise you with its flavor that will make you all fall in love. Accompany this pork with white rice or vegetables of your choice.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo Pork Meat, (leg)
  • 1/2 cabbage, or cabbage
  • 1 onion, big
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 can chipotle chili, girl

Preparation

Cook the meat with enough water with onion and salt and garlic for about 45 minutes, since it is cooked it is finely shredded and fry and set aside.
Finely slice the onion as well as the cabbage, sauté until it is crystalline without burning, add the shredded meat.
