A rich pork, apple and onion skewers with a very rich sauce.

Preparation
Heat a grill at medium-high temperature.
In a medium bowl, make the sauce combining the jam, the vinegar, the tomato puree, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt and pepper and save.
Assemble 4 banderillas with 4 cubes of pork, 2 cubes of onion and 2 cubes of apple. (Start with sardine and finish with apple). Season with salt and pepper and a little oil.
Place the banderillas on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes.
With a spoon bathe the skewers with the sauce and turn over, cook for 5 more minutes or until the pork is well cooked. You can add more sauce while cooking.
