Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/4 cups oil
  • 24 corn tortillas, taquero size
  • 1 Knorr® Cream of Poblano
  • 700 grams Pork Meat, cooked and shucked
  • 1/2 cups fresh cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups white onion, chopped

Preparation

Pass the tortillas through the hot oil so that they soften, drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat Knorr® Poblano Cream and reserve.
Assemble the chalupitas by placing a little poblano cream on the tortillas and add shredded meat. Continue with the rest of the boats.
When serving, sprinkle with fresh cheese and chopped onion.
