Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 boneless pork chops, Amara or Cowboy Amara
  • 4 guajillo chilies, without seeds or veins
  • 2 ancho chili peppers, without veins or seeds
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove
  • 1 cinnamon, in strips
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 125 milliliters apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 40 milliliters oil
  • 2 grams sea ​​salt

Preparation

Grill the chiles until lightly browned and hydrated in hot water for 10 minutes.
Roast the tomatoes, garlic and onion. Remove the skin of the tomatoes.
Grind the ingredients, except the oil and salt, until a homogeneous sauce is obtained. Add a little water if necessary.
