Preparation
Drain the chiles and grind them in the blender with the peeled garlic, the herbs, pepper, salt, vinegar and white wine.
Adobe the pork chops with the semi-thick sauce that was prepared for 1 hour.
Preheat a pan for 10 minutes and sauté each of the chops for 5 or 6 minutes on each side.
