Rich pork chops marinated in a chipotle chile sauce accompanied by a parsley sauce with vinegar and garlic.

Preparation
In the blender mix the chicken broth and chipotle chillies until you get a liquid sauce.
In a ziploc marina bag the pork chops with the chipotle sauce in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Heat the grill and remove the chops from the marinade.
While the grill is heating, prepare the sauce by combining parsley, olive oil, white vinegar, oregano, garlic and season with salt and pepper. Then mix this sauce with the chopped onion.
Cook the chops on the grill with vegetable spray so they do not stick for 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve with the sauce.
