Pork Chops with Apples

This delicious recipe for pork chops with apples is very healthy and will please the whole family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 700 grams pork chop
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • spray oils
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and cut in eight
  • 3/4 cups apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons cream

Preparation

Season the chops with salt and pepper
Coat a skillet lightly with the spray oil over medium-high heat.
When the pan is hot add the chops and cook for 3-4 minutes, turn them over and cook for another 4 minutes. Pass the chops to a plate and cover them.
Add the onion and apples until browned, add the apple cider and cook until the liquid begins to boil. Add the cream and stir.
Return the chops to the pan and mix with the sauce.
Serve immediately
