Heat a deep skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of oil and season the onion with the garlic. Add the tomato, the tomato, the pasilla chile, the morita pepper, the coriander, the pepper, the cumin, the clove and cook until everything is smooth.
Fill with the vegetable broth and cook for 10 minutes or until the liquid is reduced, season with salt and remove. Chill lightly, liquefy the preparation until you get a sauce and strain if necessary.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the rest of the oil, cook the onion and chops until browned on both sides. Pour the sauce, add the nopales and cook for 10 more minutes.
