Prepare this delicious recipe for Pork Chops with Nopales in Chilli Sauce and give it that spicy touch with pasilla and morita chilies. In addition, the sauce for this recipe will contain extra spices thanks to the fact that it has cumin, cloves and a little fat pepper. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 1 piece of onion cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pieces of tomato cut into cubes
  • 2 pieces of tomato cut into cubes
  • 3 pieces of pasilla chili pepper clean, deveined and seedless
  • 2 pieces of morita chile pepper clean, deveined and seedless
  • 1/4 of Cup of fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of allspices entire
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin whole
  • 1 piece of clove
  • 1 Cup of Vegetables soup
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 Cup of onion filleted
  • 8 pieces of pork chop
  • 3 pieces of nopal cooked
  • enough of fresh cheese to serve

    Preparation

    Heat a deep skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of oil and season the onion with the garlic. Add the tomato, the tomato, the pasilla chile, the morita pepper, the coriander, the pepper, the cumin, the clove and cook until everything is smooth.
    Fill with the vegetable broth and cook for 10 minutes or until the liquid is reduced, season with salt and remove. Chill lightly, liquefy the preparation until you get a sauce and strain if necessary.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat with the rest of the oil, cook the onion and chops until browned on both sides. Pour the sauce, add the nopales and cook for 10 more minutes.
    Serve the chops and sprinkle with crumbled fresh cheese.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with fresh cheese and with rice.

    TIPS

    You can use smoked pork chops if you prefer, just remember that they contain a higher amount of salt.
