This pork in dry sauce is ideal to prepare any day of the week, it is economical, yielding and using Knorr® juicy rib your meat will be super soft. The combination of potato cubes with picosita sauce and pork will be the sensation. Accompany it with red rice and beans.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 morita chili peppers, without tail, or seeds
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Cube Knorr® Juicy Rib Rib Broth
  • 500 grams pork pulp, cooked and in pieces
  • 2 potatoes, cooked and in medium cubes

Preparation

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chiles for a few seconds without burning.
Roast the tomatoes with the garlic and liquefy them together with the chilies morita until you get a thick consistency.
In the same pot where the chilies were fried, heat the remaining oil and sauté the sauce together with the cube of Knorr® Juicy Rib, Caldo de Costilla for 5 minutes or until the tomato is well cooked.
Add the meat and potatoes, cook for 5 more minutes over low heat stirring constantly.
Serve with white rice.
