Preparation
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chiles for a few seconds without burning.
Roast the tomatoes with the garlic and liquefy them together with the chilies morita until you get a thick consistency.
In the same pot where the chilies were fried, heat the remaining oil and sauté the sauce together with the cube of Knorr® Juicy Rib, Caldo de Costilla for 5 minutes or until the tomato is well cooked.
Add the meat and potatoes, cook for 5 more minutes over low heat stirring constantly.
Serve with white rice.
