Preparation
Heat the oil and brown the loin on all sides. Add the garlic and onion, cook until golden brown.
Empty the orange juice and add water to cover the back. Salt pepper. Add KARO Bee honey and once it boils cover the pot. Reduce heat and cook for one hour 20 minutes or until meat is tender.
Remove the meat from the heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Slice the tenderloin
Blend the half cream with 1 ½ cups of the liquid where the meat was cooked. Return to the pot and cook over low heat until it thickens slightly. Salt pepper.
