Prepare this juicy and delicious pork loin with a crust of herbs and old-fashioned mustard, accompanied by a smooth mustard and honey sauce that makes it the perfect combination. You can accompany it with mashed potatoes or a side of rice, it will be the sensation.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons old mustard
  • 1 1/2 kilos pork tenderloin, cleansed
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 cups bee honey, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups chicken soup, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt
  • to taste rosemary, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
In a bowl, mix the salt with the oil, garlic, thyme, basil, rosemary and old-fashioned mustard. Spread the pork loin with this mixture and cover perfectly well.
Wrap the loin in foil and place on a baking sheet, bake about 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 20 more minutes or until well cooked. Reservation.
For the sauce, blend the whipping cream with the garlic, mustard, honey, broth and rosemary in your T-fal® Infiny Force Blender with the “sauce” function, for 10 seconds or until you get the mixture desired.
Heat a pot over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the sauce and cook 10 minutes, season with salt.
Slice the loin and serve with the sauce, decorate with fresh rosemary.

PRESENTATION

Serve the tenderloin with the mustard and honey sauce, accompany with pasta or salad.

TIPS

Let the tenderloin rest 10 to 20 minutes before cutting, so that the juices are distributed and not removed.
