Preparation
Prepare the loin with salt and pepper on both sides. Spread the loin, put a layer of ham and nuts, then roll and tie with the thread giving a cylindrical shape.
Heat a pan with the cooking spray, place the loin and seal completely, place it in a baking dish.
Heat the oven to 180 ° C, place the loin covered with aluminum foil and cook for 45 min.
