This delicious pork loin stuffed with nuts is bathed in a rich grape sauce and Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese. It is a good alternative instead of preparing the typical Christmas turkey.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 190 grams light cream cheese, Philadelphia
  • 1 cup low fat sour cream
  • 3/4 cups milk light
  • 400 grams green grapes, boneless
  • spray oils
  • 2 envelopes Sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons light margarine
  • black pepper
  • 800 grams pork tenderloin
  • 250 grams dehydrated cranberry
  • threads, to tie
  • 100 grams grape, divided in half to decorate

Preparation

Prepare the loin with salt and pepper on both sides. Spread the loin, put a layer of ham and nuts, then roll and tie with the thread giving a cylindrical shape.
Heat a pan with the cooking spray, place the loin and seal completely, place it in a baking dish.
Heat the oven to 180 ° C, place the loin covered with aluminum foil and cook for 45 min.
Heat the butter in a pot and add the grapes; let them cook for 3 min at low heat. Blend the grapes with cream, milk and Kraft® Philadelphia® Light Cream Cheese and strain. Cook the sauce three minutes to let it boil; Season and reserve.
Slice the loin without the thread with the help of an electric knife and place on a large platter, bathe with the grape sauce and decorate with fresh grapes on top.

Se ve buena! y sencilla, ya he comido pechugas rellenas en salsa de uvas verdes y son riquisimas, asi que promete la receta. La voy a hacer y luego les digo como salio. Gracias!!
