Pork Loin with Mustard

Enjoy this loin of pork with mustard using Margarine Light Iberia®, as it potentiates the flavor of your meats, giving it a smooth and juicy texture. Accompany it with apples, carrots and onions.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Margarine Light Iberia® Untable without salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Juicy Rib Rib Broth
  • 2 spoonfuls of old mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of sage fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground black pepper gross
  • 2 kilos of pork tenderloin whole, without fat
  • 2 pieces of White onion in eighths
  • 2 pieces of carrot in thick slices
  • 2 branches of celery in thick pieces
  • 1/2 Cup of Apple juice
  • 3 spoonfuls of Apple puree

    Preparation

    Mix Light Iberia® Margarine with Knorr® Juicy Rib, mustard, sage and pepper. Spread this mixture on pork loin.
    Heat a Teflon pan and cook the meat until it is well browned on all sides.
    In a baking tray, place the onion, apples, carrot and celery. Separately, mix the apple juice with the puree.
    Place the pork loin on the tray and bathe with the apple juice mixture. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 1 hour.
    Remove the foil and bake for 40 more minutes or until the meat is soft. Let stand for 10 minutes.
    Slicing and serving accompanied by apples, carrots and onions.
