Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 cups Unsalted Margarine Light Iberia® Spread
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Juicy Rib Rib Broth
  • 2 tablespoons old mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sage, fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, gross
  • 2 kilos pork tenderloin, whole, without fat
  • 2 white onions, in eighths
  • 2 carrots, in thick slices
  • 2 branches celery, in thick pieces
  • 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 3 tablespoons Apple sauce

Preparation

Mix Light Iberia® Margarine with Knorr® Juicy Rib, mustard, sage and pepper. Spread this mixture on pork loin.
Heat a Teflon pan and cook the meat until it is well browned on all sides.
In a baking tray, place the onion, apples, carrot and celery. Separately, mix the apple juice with the puree.
Place the pork loin on the tray and bathe with the apple juice mixture. Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 1 hour.
Remove the foil and bake for 40 more minutes or until the meat is soft. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Slicing and serving accompanied by apples, carrots and onions.
