Pork Loin with Provencal Herbs

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 8 garlic, roasted
  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons McCormick® gourmet organic provencal herbs
  • 5 tablespoons Romero McCormick® Gourmet Organic
  • 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Gourmet organic ground pepper
  • 1 pork loin, 2 kilos
  • 2 cups potato cambray, cut in half
  • 2 cups sour cream, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk, for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, for the sauce
  • 1/3 cups white wine, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, for the sauce
  • enough vegetable, steamed, to accompany

Preparation

In a bowl, crush the garlic with the help of a spoon until it has a puree, add the butter, salt, the McCormick® Gourmet Organic Provencal Herbs, the McCormick® Gourmet Organic Rosemary, the McCormick® Gourmet Organic Ground Pepper and mix until fully incorporated.

In a cutting board the loin, serve on a plate with sauce and accompanied by vegetables.

TIPS

To make the loin juicy, you can put a bain-marie in the oven, this way the loin will retain moisture.
