Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos rib, charged
  • 1/2 green tomatoes
  • 1/2 white onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Wash the meat and cook it with half an onion and a clove of garlic and salt until it is well cooked.
