Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 morita chili peppers, deveined and soaked
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3/4 kilos Pork Meat, (solid) cooked
  • 3 potatoes, Cooked and cut into cubes
  • 6 slices Artesano® Bread, To accompany

Preparation

In a comal over medium heat roast the tomatoes, the onion, the garlic.
Blend tomatoes, onion, garlic and chile morita. Reservation.
In a saucepan heat the oil, add the pork and fry for 10 minutes.
Add the potatoes and cook until they take a little color. Pour the morita chile sauce, let cook 15 minutes.
Serves with Pan Artesano®

If you prefer less spicy add only three pieces of chili.
