Simple and economical dish for a daily meal. Rich pork cooked with black beans, onions. Accompanied with avocado, radish, cilantro and habanero. It is a Mexican stew that will fascinate you for its flavor.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 3 liters Water
  • 1/2 kilos black bean
  • 1 kilo pork leg, cut into large cubes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 radishes, cut into slices
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 4 lemons, juice
  • 2 habanero peppers, in slices
  • 2 avocados, sliced

Preparation

In 2 liters of water cook the beans with the meat and salt for approximately 1 1/2 hours, add the rest of the water and cook for 15 minutes more.
Mix the radishes with onion, cilantro, habanero pepper and lemon.

PRESENTATION

Serve the beans with meat with the habanero chile sauce and avocado slices ..... do not forget that the habanero pepper is very spicy .. Accompany with warm corn tortillas.

TIPS

You can add 1 epazote branch at the time of cooking the meat with the beans.

epazote o paico encontre que en hispanoamerica le suelen llamar paico. Espero el dato te sirva.

receta deliciosa una sugerencia hay ingredientes que no hay o se los conoce con otro nombre en otros paices .Podrian poner lo que es ejemplo epazote
