This pork in pasilla is a "must" of Mexican cuisine, it is of great tradition since dried chiles and spices are used. Here we leave you a simple recipe to prepare, but with the spectacular flavor and ideal texture of the traditional dish.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cube of Knorr® Juicy Rib Rib Broth
  • 4 pasilla chili peppers without seeds
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 whole clove
  • 4 black pepper
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 650 grams of fillet tip of pork
  • 2 leaves of bay (laurel)

Preparation

Roast chiles, onion, clove garlic and pepper in a pan over low heat to prevent them from burning.
Soak the above in 1 cup of hot water until the peppers are softened. Liquify them and reserve.
Fry the meat in hot oil until lightly browned and pour the mixture of chiles previously cast.
Season with the Knorr® cube Juicy Rib Rib broth and bay leaves.
Add 1 more cup of water and let it boil for 10 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.
Serve with a little white rice.
