Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 1/2 kilos of pork rib cut into pieces
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 1 Cup of Pure Natural Tomato Puree®
  • 2 spoonfuls of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion
  • 2 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Maggi juice
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of marjoram
  • 2 leaves of laurel
  • 3 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1 kilo of cambray potato
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 branch of rosemary
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Add the cut pork ribs in a tray, spread with oil and a little pepper and reserve.
    Mix perfectly the ingredients of the marinade. Add the mixture to the ribs and spread it well.
    Bake the ribs for 30 minutes, varnishing well with the marinade so they do not dry out.
    In a tray add the potatoes mixed with the oil, the sprigs of rosemary, season, and bake for 30 minutes more until the potatoes are well cooked and soft.
