Pork Tenderloin in Mustard Sauce

Prepare this juicy and delicious pork loin with an old-fashioned herb and mustard crust, accompanied by a smooth mustard and honey sauce that makes it the perfect combination. You can accompany it with mashed potatoes or a garnish of rice, it will be the sensation.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of Garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme
  • 2 spoonfuls of basil finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of old mustard
  • 1 1/2 kilos of pork tenderloin cleansed
  • 1 Cup of cream to beat for the sauce
  • 1 clove of Garlic for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1/4 of Cup of honey for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of chicken soup for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • to taste of Salt
  • to taste of rosemary to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the salt with oil, garlic, thyme, basil, rosemary and old-fashioned mustard. Spread pork loin with this mixture and cover perfectly well.
    Wrap the tenderloin in aluminum foil and place on an oven tray, bake about 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 20 more minutes or until well cooked. Reservation.
    For the sauce, blend the cream to beat with the garlic, mustard, honey, broth and rosemary in your T-fal® Infiny Force Blender with the "salsa" function, for 10 seconds or until the mixture is obtained desired.
    Heat a pot over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the sauce and cook 10 minutes, season with salt.
    Slice the tenderloin and serve with the sauce, garnish with fresh rosemary.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the loin with mustard and honey sauce, served with pasta or salad.

    TIPS

    Let the tenderloin rest 10 to 20 minutes before cutting, so that the juices are distributed and not dislodged.
