Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce for marinade
  • 1/4 of Cup of raw sugar for marinade
  • 3/4 of Cup of bee honey for marinade
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped, for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard for marinade
  • 1/2 Cup of orange juice for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger finely chopped, for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder for marinade
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of cinnamon for marinade
  • 1/2 Cup of sweet chili sauce for marinade
  • 2 spoonfuls of paprika for marinade
  • 1 pinch of Salt for marinade
  • 1 pinch of black pepper for marinade
  • 1 pork sirloin

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a bowl mix the soy sauce, sugar, honey, garlic, mustard, orange juice, ginger, onion powder, cinnamon, sweet chili sauce, paprika, salt and the pepper Mix until all ingredients are incorporated and reserve.
On a board tie the loin with hemp thread so that it does not deform, place the loin in the marinade and bathe until you cover the whole piece, marina for 30 minutes and reserve.
Heat a T-fal® Hard Titanium + Frying pan over medium heat, when the red dot (Thermo-spot) is completely red, place the marinated loin in the pan, with all and the marinade liquid. Lower the temperature and cook for 30 minutes by constantly bathing with the liquid.
Remove from the pan and place the loin on a baking sheet with everything and the liquid. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and constantly bathe with the juices until it is glazed and the tenderloin is cooked. Remove from oven, let stand before cutting and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve the sliced loin with a salad of your choice.
