Pork Tenderloin in Sweet and Sour Sauce

This tenderloin cooked with a spicy sweet and sour sauce based on soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, orange juice and a touch of garlic is the perfect dish that has a mix of different and contrasting flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce for marinated
  • 1/4 of Cup of mashed sugar for marinated
  • 3/4 of Cup of honey for marinated
  • 2 teeth of Garlic finely chopped, for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard for marinated
  • 1/2 Cup of Orange juice for marinated
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger finely chopped, for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder for marinated
  • 1/4 of tablespoon of cinnamon for marinated
  • 1/2 Cup of sweet chili sauce for marinated
  • 2 spoonfuls of paprika for marinated
  • 1 pinch of Salt for marinated
  • 1 pinch of Pepper for marinated
  • 1 piece of pork sirloin

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, the sugar, the honey, the garlic, the mustard, the orange juice, the ginger, the onion powder, the cinnamon, the sweet chili sauce, the paprika, the salt and the pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated and reserve.
    On a board tie the loin with hemp thread so that it does not deform, place the loin on the marinade and bathe until you cover the whole piece, marina for 30 minutes and reserve.
    Heat a Hard Titanium + T-fal® Skillet over medium heat, when the red dot (Thermo-spot) is completely red, place the marinated loin in the pan, with everything and the marinade liquid. Lower the temperature and cook for 30 minutes by constantly bathing with the liquid.
    Remove from the pan and place the loin on a baking sheet with everything and the liquid. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and bathe constantly with the juices until it is glazed and the loin is cooked. Remove from the oven, let stand before cutting and serve.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the sliced ​​loin with a salad of your choice.
