This tenderloin cooked with a sweet and sour spiced sauce based on soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, orange juice and a touch of garlic is the perfect dish that has a mixture of different and contrasting flavors.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce, for marinade
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar, for marinade
  • 3/4 cups bee honey, for marinade
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, for marinade
  • 1/2 cups orange juice, for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped, for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder, for marinade
  • 1/4 tablespoons cinnamon, for marinade
  • 1/2 cups sweet chili sauce, for marinade
  • 2 tablespoons paprika, for marinade
  • 1 pinch salt, for marinade
  • 1 pinch black pepper, for marinade
  • 1 pork sirloin

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a bowl mix the soy sauce, sugar, honey, garlic, mustard, orange juice, ginger, onion powder, cinnamon, sweet chili sauce, paprika, salt and the pepper Mix until all ingredients are incorporated and reserve.
On a board tie the loin with hemp thread so that it does not deform, place the loin in the marinade and bathe until you cover the whole piece, marina for 30 minutes and reserve.
Heat a T-fal® Hard Titanium + Frying pan over medium heat, when the red dot (Thermo-spot) is completely red, place the marinated loin in the pan, with all and the marinade liquid. Lower the temperature and cook for 30 minutes by constantly bathing with the liquid.
Remove from the pan and place the loin on a baking sheet with everything and the liquid. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and constantly bathe with the juices until it is glazed and the tenderloin is cooked. Remove from oven, let stand before cutting and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve the sliced loin with a salad of your choice.

TIPS

Que delicia yo lo hice para navidad aunque no encontré en ningún súper la salsa de chile dulce. Pero igual delicioso..

Yo encontré una salsa de chile dulce en Walmart, hay una parte específica dónde venden productos de Asia como las salsas de soya que hay en los buffets de comida china. Ahí yo la encontré es de color naranja la salsa, el envase es transparente y la tapa es de color azul.
