Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 pork shank, (clean tenderloin)
  • 100 grams ham
  • 200 grams potato cambray
  • 1/2 onions, chopped into medium pieces
  • 1/2 cups corn grain
  • 100 grams baby carrot
  • 1/2 cups pea, or peas
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 15 grams chives, chopped
  • 15 grams parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup maple syrup

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Open the tenderloin and season salt and pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Fill the loin with ham and a little onion and add a little honey maple inside.
Arrange the loin on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil.
Add the potatoes, the remaining onion, corn kernels, two red pepper peppers, baby carrots and peas.
Add a little salt, parsley, chives and butter over the vegetables. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, remove it, add the honey cup and return to the oven for 30-45 more minutes to finish the cooking.

PRESENTATION

Cut the loin into slices and serve with the vegetables.
