Ingredients

6 servings
  • 700 grams of pork tenderloin
  • 2 green apples Finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger chopped
  • 1 Cup of ground bread cool
  • 1/2 Cup of nut chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of celery
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

    Preparation

    Make a cut in the middle of the horizontal spine and place it in a large bowl.
    In a small pot combine the apple, lemon juice, soy, oil, water and ginger.
    Cook the apple mixture for 15 minutes or until the apple is well cooked.
    Remove from heat and add bread and nuts. Mix well.
    Add the mixture between the loin cut and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a large platter decorated with apples and nuts.
