Preparation
Boil your whole loin in a pressure cooker with all the spices mentioned. (Please follow the instructions for use of your pot). Cook in an express pot in 25 min. And in a normal pot approx. In 1 hour.
Once the loin is cooked, remove it and let it cool.
The broth of the baking corkscrew it and put it in blender mix with the yellow cheese and cream to that it leaves a sauce not very thick and it separates. (Rectify the seasoning of the sauce you can add more cream or more yellow cheese to your taste)
Now cool your loin spread it and serve with the cheese sauce.
