Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 kilos pork chop, cool
  • 1 cup tequila
  • 3 pasilla chili peppers
  • 3 guajillo chilies
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups Water
  • vegetal oil, the necessary
  • salt, and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
