Preparation
Light the grill.
Mix the water, sugar and yeast, let it rest until it forms a "sponge".
Sand the flour with the butter and salt. It forms a volcano and adds water to the center with sugar and yeast and gradually incorporated to form a dough. Let rest and reserve.
Marinade the baby back ribs with Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.
On a table spread a little more flour to extend the previously made dough. Stretch in such a way that the ribs can be wrapped in the dough. Wrap the ribs without leaving any space uncovered. Once having the ribs ready, cover with aluminum foil previously greased with a little cooking spray.
Already wrapped, place the ribs on the grill for 30-40 minutes and carefully check if the bread is already cooked. Once the bread is cooked, remove the ribs from the rotisserie, remove the aluminum foil and bread (The bread can also be eaten as a snack in which the ribs are ready). Again varnish the ribs with more Hunt Honey BBQ Sauce. s ® and return to the grill for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the grill and serve.
