Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 teaspoons chicken consommé
  • 2 ancho chili peppers
  • 1/4 cascabel chili peppers
  • 1/4 morita chili peppers
  • 1 guajillo chili, big
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 pinch thyme
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch clove
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cups vinegar

Preparation

Clean all the chiles, put them to soak in water along with the vinegar, garlic, onion, clove, pepper, oregano, thyme, cumin and coriander.
