Ingredients

15 servings
  • 4 spoonfuls of McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 4 spoonfuls of black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 kilos of pork leg
  • 1/2 kilo of mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 kilo of spinach
  • 1/2 kilo of mushroom
  • 2 boats of pineapple juice big
  • 1 drizzle of White vinegar
  • 1 package of Butter
  • 1/2 kilo of olive
  • 1/2 kilo of plum
  • 1/2 kilo of raisin
  • 1 can of Pineapple in syrup sliced, large
  • few of thread (yarn)

    Preparation

    The leg is big enough to roll up. It is salted, put a little vinegar, put a layer of mashed potatoes, another of spinach and another of mushrooms.
    When we have it all filled, it is already wrapped and rolled and tied with the yarn.
    It is bathed with butter, as it is well prepared and rolled with all the ingredients already.
    On a large aluminum tray, put the prepared leg and put the pineapple juice, plums, raisins and pineapple slices and cover with aluminum and put it in the oven.
    When we take it out of the oven, we slice it and serve it.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve it in slices with a little of the sauce on top.
