Ingredients

15 portions
  • 4 tablespoons garlic
  • 4 tablespoons black pepper
  • salt, to taste
  • 5 kilos pork leg
  • 1/2 kilos mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 kilos spinach
  • 1/2 kilos mushroom
  • 2 boats pineapple juice, big
  • 1 drizzle white vinegar
  • 1 package butter
  • 1/2 kilos olive
  • 1/2 kilos plum
  • 1/2 kilos raisin
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup, sliced, large

Preparation

The leg splits large enough to roll up. Add salt and pepper, add a little vinegar, add a layer of mashed potatoes, another of spinach and another of mushrooms.
When we have it all filled, it is rolled and tied with thread.
It is bathed with butter, since it is well prepared and rolled with all the ingredients already.
In a large aluminum tray, put the prepared leg and add the pineapple juice, plums, raisins and pineapple slices and cover with aluminum and put it in the oven.
When we take it out of the oven, we slice it and serve it.

PRESENTATION

Serve sliced with a little of the sauce on top.
