Delicious wicked leg perfect for Christmas dinner. It is a spectacularly tasty recipe, as well as being very easy to prepare, perfect for Christmas celebrations.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 2 kilos leg, in chunk
  • 2 cups dried cranberry
  • 2 cups walnut, in halves
  • 2 cups almond, filleted
  • 2 cups prune
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, julienne
  • 1/2 kilos chorizo, fried
  • 1 head garlic, chopped
  • 2 liters white wine
  • 2 liters orange juice
  • 100 grams butter
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Preparation

The leg is rocked with blueberries, onion, prune, peppers, chorizo, walnut and almond.
Season the leg
Marinate it with half the juice and half the wine for one night.
Heat the oven to 300 ° C.
The leg is bathed with the rest of the liquids.
Cover with aluminum foil.
It is baked for 2 hours at 300 ° C every so often approximately 30 minutes the leg is bathed with the juice.
The leg is removed and transferred to another mold.
