Enjoy this Christmas season with a delicious recipe for baked leg to spoil the family bathed with a delicious apple and maple glaze, which is prepared in a very simple way.   • 1 FUD® Christmas Leg, 2.5 kg
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, for the glaze
  • 1/4 cups Maple syrup, for the glaze
  • 1/4 cups soy, for the glaze
  • 1 cup sugar, for the glaze
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, for the glaze
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon, for the glaze
  • 2 yellow apples, finely chopped, for glaze
  • 1 cup walnut, finely chopped, for glaze
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 branch rosemary
  • enough apple, to decorate
  • enough rosemary, to decorate
  • mushrooms, cream to accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Make triangle-shaped incisions over the Fud® Christmas Leg, place on a tray and reserve.
For the glaze, in a pot over medium heat, cook the orange juice, maple honey, soy sauce, ginger, cinnamon, apple and nuts, until it has a semi-thick consistency. Let cool and reserve.
Cover the leg with the glaze, place the apple slices and fresh rosemary, bake for 30 minutes, or, until the sugar caramelizes.
Cut a slice of the leg and serve with cream mushrooms.

PRESENTATION

Serve in slices, accompanied by creamy mushrooms.

TIPS

The triangle-shaped cuts allow the glaze to enter the Fud® Christmas Leg and thus have more flavor.
