Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Make some cross sections to the ham and place it on the baking sheet.
Bake the ham for one hour.
In a deep bowl combine the apricot jam and the mustard.
Remove the ham from the oven and paint with the jam sauce and return to the oven. Repeat this every 15 minutes until the jam and the ham are golden and shiny (like 1 additional hour).
Remove the ham from the oven place the pineapples on top of the ham along with some grapes holding with a toothpick.
Garnish with grapes around the plate.
