  • 2 tablespoons Sassón® Complete Seasoning
  • 1 pinch Sassón® Black Pepper
  • 5 guajillo chilies, clean and seedless, for pipián
  • 2 chipotle chilies, dry, clean, for pipián
  • 1 ancho chili pepper, dry, clean, for pipián
  • 1 cup pumpkin seed, pumpkin, for pipián
  • 1/3 cups peanut, for pipián
  • 1/4 cups sesame seed, for pipián
  • 1 cinnamon stick, for pipián
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin, for pipián
  • 5 whole cloves, for pipián
  • 6 allspices, for pipián
  • 1/2 onions, for pipián
  • 4 cloves garlic, for pipián
  • 2 tomatoes, for pipián
  • to taste salt, for pipián
  • 1/3 cups lard, for pipián
  • 1 cup chicken soup, for pipián

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Muuuy sabroso aún sin pipian (con pipián también). Lo preparé con espaldilla y queda jugosito. Sólo como aclaración: 50 minutos de horneado no fueron suficientes, mejor seguí la regla de 1 hora de horneado × kilo de carne.
