  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of Sassón® Complete Seasoning
  • 1 pinch of Sassón® Black Pepper
  • 5 pieces of guajillo chili pepper clean and seedless, for pipián
  • 2 pieces of chipotle chile pepper dry, clean, for pipián
  • 1 piece of ancho chili pepper dry, clean, for pipián
  • 1 Cup of pumpkin seed pumpkin, for pipián
  • 1/3 of Cup of peanut for pipián
  • 1/4 of Cup of sesame seed for pipián
  • 1 piece of cinnamon stick slices for pipián
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of cumin for pipián
  • 5 pieces of whole clove for pipián
  • 6 pieces of allspices for pipián
  • 1/2 piece of onion for pipián
  • 4 cloves of garlic for pipián
  • 2 pieces of tomato for pipián
  • to taste of Salt for pipián
  • 1/3 of Cup of lard for pipián
  • 1 Cup of chicken soup for pipián
  • to taste of pumpkin seed toast, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

    Muuuy sabroso aún sin pipian (con pipián también). Lo preparé con espaldilla y queda jugosito. Sólo como aclaración: 50 minutos de horneado no fueron suficientes, mejor seguí la regla de 1 hora de horneado × kilo de carne.
