One of the simplest, tasty and traditional recipes of any party in Mexico; for its ingredients is an exotic dish, whose characteristics are unparalleled, I hope you like it and dare to share it with your family and friends.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo pork entrails, mixed
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 chili, candy
  • 1/2 heads garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 güero chili
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • to taste salt
  • 1 whole clove
  • 2 black pepper
  • 4 white peppers
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Cook the meat, do not forget to season with the white peppers, garlic, laurel and water just cover the meat.
Drain the meat and reserve the broth, chop the meat so that the pieces are the same size as those of the potatoes.
Grind tomato, onion, sweet pepper, cloves, black peppers and orange juice. Fry the sauce, season and add the meat, the broth that you reserved, the chopped potatoes and the red pepper. Cover and let simmer until it is thick.

PRESENTATION

Serves as a starter and accompanies your dish with toast and radishes, will give a crispy and fresh touch.
