Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kilo of pork viscera mixed
  • 1 piece of tomato
  • 1 piece of Chili pepper candy
  • 1/2 head of garlic
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of potato cut into cubes
  • 1 piece of güero pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of orange juice
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 piece of whole clove
  • 2 pieces of black pepper
  • 4 pieces of White pepper
  • 1 sheet of laurel
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil

    Preparation

    Cook the meat, do not forget to season with the white peppers, garlic, laurel and water just cover the meat.
    Drain the meat and reserve the broth, chop the meat so that the pieces are the same size as those of the potatoes.
    Grind tomato, onion, sweet pepper, cloves, black peppers and orange juice. Fry the sauce, season and add the meat, the broth that you reserved, the chopped potatoes and the red pepper. Cover and let simmer until it is thick.
