Preparation
In a saucepan heat the lard, seal the meat.
Add the water, Refreshment, herbs, pepper, orange until the first boil.
Cover and let cook until the meat is soft and detaches from the bone.
Let it cool.
Remove the pieces of meat from the cooking liquid and sauté a little in a non-stick pan; it is no longer necessary to add more fat.
