Ingredients

12 portions
  • 50 grams lard
  • 1 kilo pork tenderloin
  • 1 kilo pork rib
  • 2 liters Water
  • 500 milliliters Orange soda
  • 1 corsage aromatic herb
  • 3 peppercorn
  • 2 oranges, games in rooms
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 cup red sauce, or green
  • 6 lemons, cut in quarters
  • to taste salt

Preparation

In a saucepan heat the lard, seal the meat.
Add the water, Refreshment, herbs, pepper, orange until the first boil.
Cover and let cook until the meat is soft and detaches from the bone.
Let it cool.
Remove the pieces of meat from the cooking liquid and sauté a little in a non-stick pan; it is no longer necessary to add more fat.
Chop the meat to make the tacos.
Accompany with onion, cilantro, some sauce of your choice.
