Preparation
Prepare the sausages by wrapping them with a slice of bacon.
In a pan over medium heat (without oil) prepare the turkey sausage.
In the same pan, cook the sausages, they will be ready when the bacon has browned.
In the same pan, place the onion in strips and cook until caramelised.
Place the bread for hot-dog in a steamer or in a bain-marie to warm them, take care not to soak the bread.
For the guacamole: mash the avocado until it breaks down and have a smooth mixture and add the lemon juice, stir well.
For the cheese sauce: Stir all the ingredients and heat in a bain-marie for better flavor.
For corn cream: drain the water from the corn can and stir with the cream.
Prepare each hot dog to taste. Spread some mayonnaise and mustard on the bread, add the sausage and let each person put the ingredients you prepared to taste.
