Hot Dogs of Elote in the Mexican Style

Try some Mexican hot dogs with corn, feta cheese and a little chili, very rich for snack or pure craving.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 sausages
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 cups corn grain
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 cambray onions, slices
  • salt, and pepper to taste for seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • feta cheeses, or cotija cheese
  • chilli powder

Preparation

In a pan, cook the corn until golden brown. Add the olive oil with the onion and cook until smooth and transparent.
Season the preparation with salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and lemon juice. Reservation.
Prepare the hot dogs, first the bread, then the sausage and add the amount you like from the previous preparation.
Sprinkle the cheese you have chosen and also the chili powder to taste.

PRESENTATION

Serve immediately
