Preparation
Make a shallow cut along the sausages being careful not to cut completely.
Arrange some grated cheese inside the sausages and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon.
Cook the sausages on the grill until the bacon is golden brown. You can put a toothpick to prevent them from falling apart.
Remove the sausages from the grill, put each one on each bread and serve.
