Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of hot dog bread
  • 4 pieces of sausage for hot dog
  • 2 spoonfuls of White vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonful of sugar
  • 6 Serrano cpeppers bullied
  • 1 piece of carrot in thin canes
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Kosher salt
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 piece of cucumber cut into thin strips
  • 2 pieces of jalapeno pepper fresh, cut into thin slices
  • fresh coriander only the leaves

    Preparation

    Mix the vinegar with the sugar in a bowl until it dissolves.
    Add the carrots and salt. Stir and let marinate for 10 minutes.
    Prepare the hot dogs, first the bread, spread mayonnaise to taste, then add the sausage.
    Finally cover the sausage with the carrot, cucumber, jalapeño and cilantro.
