Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Oil Oleic®
  • 1 kilo of sausage
  • 1 Cup of pancake flour
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1 1/2 cups of mineral water
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • skewer sticks necessary amount
  • 2 spoonfuls of Oil Oleic® for ketchup sauce
  • 6 pieces of red tomato for ketchup sauce
  • 3 pieces of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce for ketchup sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of honey for ketchup sauce
  • 1/3 of Cup of Water for ketchup sauce
  • 1/3 of Cup of Apple vinager for ketchup sauce
  • 3/4 of teaspoonful of coarse salt for ketchup sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic for ketchup sauce
  • 1/2 piece of onion for ketchup sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper for ketchup sauce

    Preparation

    Close the flour and baking powder. Mix them in a bowl, add pepper and chicken broth.
    Beat and incorporate the eggs one by one, pour the honey and little by little the mineral water. Add the salt.
    Heat the oil.
    Insert each sausage on a wooden stick. Dip each skewer in the mixture, allow it to drain and fry. Once fried, drain the excess fat on absorbent paper.
    For the sauce: remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to the glass of a blender together with the chipotle. Grind them, try not to add water.
    Turn the onion and garlic into puree. You can use a food processor for this purpose.
    In a pan add the oil and add the tomato puree. Allows the mixture to thicken to form a paste. Add the onion and garlic mixture.
    Once you get a paste, add honey, water, vinegar, salt, pepper and chili. Stir well and reduce the temperature to the minimum.
    Once it thickens, remove it from the pan and allow it to cool.

    PRESENTATION

    Present the banderillas in a wicker basket.
