These rich hot dogs are served with chipotle mayonnaise and tropical mango salsa. This mango sauce is delicious and has chili, cucumber, cilantro and red onion.

Preparation
Mix 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, mango, purple onion, cilantro, ginger and serrano pepper. Put salt and mix it well. This can be prepared a day in advance and booked.
Prepare the chipotle mayonnaise by mixing half a cup of regular mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of marinated chipotle chilli juice. Add a little lemon and salt if necessary.
Put the sausages on a hot grill and cook until well cooked (about 5 minutes on a grill at medium temperature)
Heat the bread on the highest part of the grill so that it warms up a little. (Care that can be toasted more quickly)
Spread chipotle mayonnaise on hot dog bread, add sausage, serve with mango salsa on top and avocado in cubes.
