Macaroni with Chorizo ​​and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tomtato, without seeds and without shell
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama, for the sauce
  • 1 cup milk, for the sauce
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 Chorizo ​​Chata® Ranchero
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated to gratinate
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated to gratinate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Heat a pot with water until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt and cook the macaroni until al dente. Strain and reserve.
For the sauce, liquefy the tomato with the garlic, the chipotle chili, the half cream and the milk until obtaining a smooth sauce. Reservation.
In a frying pan, cook the Chata Ranchero Chorizo ​​until you release the fat, fry the onion in the same fat, serve the preparation of the blender and cook 5 minutes, add the cheeses, and season to your liking. Add the pasta and cook 1 minute more. Pour the preparation into a baking dish, sprinkle Manchego cheese and cheddar on top.
Gratina in the oven, serve and enjoy.
