Ingredients

  • 3 liters of Water
  • 2 cups of macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 piece of tomato without seeds and without shell
  • 1 clove of garlic for the sauce
  • 1 piece of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of Nestle media creama for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of milk for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated
  • 1 Cup of cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 piece of Chorizo ​​Chata® Ranchero
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of cheddar cheese grated to gratinate
  • 1/2 Cup of Manchego cheese grated to gratinate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Heat a pot with water until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt and cook the macaroni until al dente. Strain and reserve.
    For the sauce, liquefy the tomato with the garlic, the chipotle chili, the half cream and the milk until obtaining a smooth sauce. Reservation.
    In a frying pan, cook the Chata Ranchero Chorizo ​​until you release the fat, fry the onion in the same fat, serve the preparation of the blender and cook 5 minutes, add the cheeses, and season to your liking. Add the pasta and cook 1 minute more. Pour the preparation into a baking dish, sprinkle Manchego cheese and cheddar on top.
    Gratina in the oven, serve and enjoy.
