Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 kilo beef steak, or pig
  • 6 ancho chili peppers
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • enough oil
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Remove the seeds and roast the chiles , soak them in the orange juice.
Grind the peppers together with the orange juice and add the spices and garlic.
Strain the marinade, in a bowl introduce the meat and let marinate for 30 minutes
Roast the meat in a pan and serve.

PRESENTATION

You can pair the meat with refried beans and / or a salad
