This recipe for meat in passion fruit is very rich and easy to prepare and you can use it for special occasions. This meat in your sauce will be to the liking of your family and guests. Dare to prepare you will love it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 800 grams pork tenderloin
  • 1 ulna chicken soup
  • garlic salt
  • 1 onion
  • lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups juice, of passion fruit
  • 1/2 cups mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 glasses white wine
  • parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Blend the parsley with 2 tbsp. of oil, broth of chicken, 1/2 onion and lemon juice. Marinate the meat for 2 hours with the previously made smoothie.
Place over medium heat passion fruit juice, sugar (dissolved in white wine and corn starch) and mustard. Mix well with wooden spoon.
As a last step, just to add shine and body to the sauce, add butter, salt and pepper.
Brown the meat cut into medallions and serve with the sauce.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it with a rice with chorizo ​​and it looks spectacular.

TIPS

For a better taste you can marinate the meat from one day to the next.
