Pork meat with chipotle and vegetables, for 4 people. This recipe is very similar to the dial but with a little less ingredients, I hope you like it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 grams of Pork Meat leg
  • 3 potatoes medium
  • 4 pickled jalapeño peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 can of chipotle chile pepper 200 grams
  • Salt
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Wash and chop the vegetables (onion, tomato, chilies and potatoes) cut the meat into medium cubes.
    Heat the skillet and oil for 3 minutes and brown the meat. When the meat is brown, add the potatoes until they are tender.
    When they are already soft, add the vegetables.
    When you see the transparent onion add the can of chipotle peppers and a cup of water.
    Season to taste (garlic, salt and pepper) and let it boil for 3 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    It can be served with a spaghetti or rice.

    TIPS

    You can also add a little coriander.
