Preparation
Wash and chop the vegetables (onion, tomato, chilies and potatoes) cut the meat into medium cubes.
Heat the skillet and oil for 3 minutes and brown the meat. When the meat is brown, add the potatoes until they are tender.
When they are already soft, add the vegetables.
When you see the transparent onion add the can of chipotle peppers and a cup of water.
Season to taste (garlic, salt and pepper) and let it boil for 3 minutes.
