The chop wire is a traditional dish very popular in Mexican cuisine. It is a rich stew with pork chop, vegetables and cheese, served is a delicious flour tortilla. The rib wire tacos are a classic within the home-cooked food of our country.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 50 grams manchego cheese
  • 150 grams smoked pork chop
  • 1/4 kilos bacon
  • 1 poblano pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 cup corn, yellow

Preparation

Cut the chop into small squares.
Cut the bacon into squares.
Chop the peppers.
Cut the onion into large pieces.
Remove the veins and seeds of poblano peppers, cut them into strips
Cook the chopped bacon in a pan.
Add the chop along with the bones to give it more flavor.
Add vegetables and stew until soft.
Distribute the cheese and leave until the fire is gratinated.
Place a precooked Tia Rosa® Tortillina® on a very hot comal for 20 seconds on each side until it inflates.

PRESENTATION

Accompany the tacos with a green sauce made at the moment.
