Preparation
Cut the chop into small squares.
Cut the bacon into squares.
Chop the peppers.
Cut the onion into large pieces.
Remove the veins and seeds of poblano peppers, cut them into strips
Cook the chopped bacon in a pan.
Add the chop along with the bones to give it more flavor.
Add vegetables and stew until soft.
Distribute the cheese and leave until the fire is gratinated.
Place a precooked Tia Rosa® Tortillina® on a very hot comal for 20 seconds on each side until it inflates.
