Crunchy Pork Chop with Hummus Sauce

These are the most delicious chops you've ever tasted with its crunchy breaded and its spectacular hummus sauce. They will be the favorite of all your guests. What do you expect to prepare and consent to all?

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 cups vegetal oil
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cups Hummus spreadable garbanzo and sesame Libanius®
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh scallion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • to taste fresh scallion, to decorate

Preparation

Blend milk, egg, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place the pork fillets in a refractory and pour the previous mixture. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, meanwhile, crush the chops through crushed bread.
Fry the chops until golden, drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
For the sauce, liquefy the milk, add the Hummus spreadable garbanzo and original sesame Libanius®, cream, goat cheese and chives.
Heat a saucepan, add butter, pour in the sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes or until thick.
Serve chops and accompany with sauce, garnish with green onions.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with salad and more sauce.

TIPS

If you prefer, you can substitute the chops for milanesas.
