Go ahead and prepare something different in your weekly menu like these delicious Hawaiian smoked pork chops. You will prepare them in only 2 simple steps and you just need a pan to cook them. You will not regret it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 8 pork chops, smoked
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Pineapple in syrup
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/4 cups Chile chipotle milled
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 16 slices pork ham
  • 8 slices Pineapple in syrup
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a frying pan, seal the chops with oil until they get golden brown and remove from pan. Add the onion and garlic in the same pan and cook for a couple of minutes, add the pineapple syrup, the English sauce, the mustard, the ketchup, the chipotle, and the cumin, cook for 5 minutes or until it thickens.
Return the chops to the pan and place the ham on top of each one, cover with the pineapples and bathe them with the sauce constantly to glaze them. Cook 3 more minutes and serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve with mashed potatoes and lemon water.

TIPS

If you don't like smoked chops you can change them for natural pork chops, they will also be delicious.
