Morita Sauce Chops

This delicious recipe for chops in morita chile sauce is a delight that you have to cook and try with everyone at home. A juicy dish with a lot of flavor. Prepare it now!

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of pork chop without flattening
  • to taste of chile morita between 4 and 10 pieces depending on the intensity of the spicy you want
  • 1/2 liter of cream
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • to taste of thyme
  • to taste of marjoram
  • 1 Cup of papa cambray (to taste)

    Preparation

    Cook the chiles with the garlic, onion, thyme and marjoram.
    Fry the chop.
    Blend the chilies, garlic, onion, thyme and marjoram.
    Place the chops in a pan with the sauce and the raw potatoes.
    Cover and let cook 20 to 25 min. It serves.

    PRESENTATION
