Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo pork chop, without flattening
  • to taste morita chile pepper, between 4 and 10 pieces depending on the intensity of the spicy you want
  • 1/2 liters cream
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • to taste thyme
  • to taste marjoram
  • 1 cup cambray potato, (to taste)

Preparation

Cook the chiles with the garlic, onion, thyme and marjoram.
Fry the chop.
Blend the chilies, garlic, onion, thyme and marjoram.
Place the chops in a pan with the sauce and the raw potatoes.
Cover and let cook 20 to 25 min. It serves.

PRESENTATION

Serve in clay dishes with potatoes to taste.

TIPS

You can replace the chops by tenderloin.
