For the green sauce, in a deep frying pan heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic, tomatoes and chilies until softened. Add the cilantro, the epazote, the coarse salt, the pepper and the broth, cook for 10 to 15 minutes more or until the liquid is reduced. Cool slightly
Blend the above until obtaining a smooth sauce and cook in a pot for 10 more minutes, add the potatoes and cactus, continue the cooking 5 minutes, season to taste and set aside.
In a pan heat the oil and seal the chops on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Serve on a plate a pork chop and cover with green sauce, decorate with epazote leaves. Accompany with tortillas and refried beans.
